QUALTRICS RESEARCH SUITE IN ACADEMIC CONTEXT 1

One of the methodologies to collect data used in the academic context is the investigation surveys by surveys. The Web 2.0 opens a multiplicity of online tools to create and manage surveys without the necessity of installing software. The Qualtrics Research Suite (http://www.qualtrics.com/) belongs to this context and is different from other tools because it displays in a very clear, accessible and pleasant way in a free mode, many features to create, distribute and control received answers and data of the surveys. This article describes these tools through a tutorial about the way it works.

QUALTRICS RESEARCH SUITE NO CONTEXTO ACADÉMICO
RESUMO: Uma das metodologias de recolha de dados utilizadas no âmbito das investigações académicas é a de inquérito por questionário. A Web 2.0 disponibiliza uma multiplicidade de ferramentas online para criar e gerir questionários sem a necessidade de instalar softwares. O Qualtrics Research Suite (http://www.qualtrics.com/) insere-se neste contexto, diferenciando-se das demais ferramentas por disponibilizar de forma clara, acessível e agradável na versão gratuita, várias funcionalidades para criar, distribuir, controlar as respostas recebidas e tratar os dados dos questionários. Este artigo descreve esta ferramenta através de um tutorial sobre o seu modo de funcionamento.
