A EFETIVIDADE DOS DIREITOS DE CRIANÇAS E ADOLESCENTES E A DEFENSORIA PÚBLICA

A dignidade é inerente a todos os membros da família humana, conforme o preâmbulo da Declaração Universal dos Direitos Humanos. Essa mesma dignidade foi ratificada de uma maneira muito especial às crianças, pela manifestação dos 193 Estados que assinaram a Convenção sobre os Direitos da Criança. Com o objetivo de atender com prioridade os direitos da criança e do adolescentes, a Defensoria Pública organizou o atendimento através do Núcleo especializado, uma política pública de experiência inédita do Estado democrático de direitos, com resultados observáveis da vigente doutrina da proteção integral de crianças e adolescentes.

THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE RIGHTS OF CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS AND PUBLIC OMBUDSMAN
ABSTRACT: Dignity is inherited by all members of the human family, as the introduction of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. This same dignity was approved in a very special way for children, by the manifestation of 193 states which have signed the Convention on the Rights of the Child. It’s objective is to comply with priority rights for children and adolescents, the Public Defender’s Office organized the service through specialized core, a public policy of the state experience unprecedented democratic rights, with observable results of current doctrine of integral protection of children and teenagers.
