MOVIMENTO DOS TRABALHADORES, ORGANIZAÇÃO, LUTA DE CLASSES OU FRAGMENTAÇÃO

Este artigo visa analisar o movimento dos trabalhadores, sua organização a partir da luta de classes e ao mesmo tempo, sua fragmentação ou não, pois trata-se de uma realidade complexa, na qual os trabalhadores estão inseridos. Hoje, vimos diversas informações sobre movimentos sociais em geral, principalmente trabalhadores em greve. Seria a greve legítima? Esta é uma das formas encontradas para os trabalhadores reivindicar seus direitos sociais, políticos, econômicos etc., ou seja, é uma de suas bases de organização para lutar contra seus patrões. O movimento dos trabalhadores em geral, expressa a luta de classes na sociedade capitalista, mas alguns afirmam que esta está em crise ou que não existe mais. Compreender esta questão torna-se fundamental a partir da concepção de Maurício Tragtenberg, que vai ser um dos nossos referenciais para pensarmos o movimento dos trabalhadores, sua organização e como este expressa a luta de classes ou a fragmentação desta. Assim, este artigo tendo por base os textos de Tragtenberg, sobre a organização do movimento operário, busca fundamentalmente compreender de forma crítica esta questão importante para a organização e a luta dos trabalhadores em sua totalidade.

WORKER MOVEMENT, ORGANIZATION, CLASS STRUGGLE OR FRAGMENTATIO
ABSTRACT: This article aims at analyzing the movement of workers, your organization from the class struggle and at the same time, your fragmentation or not, because it is a complex reality, in which workers are inserted. Today, we saw a wide variety of information about social movements in General, especially workers on strike. It would be a legitimate strike? This is one of the ways found to workers claim their social rights, political, economic, etc., that is, it is one of their organization to fight against their bosses. The workers ‘ movement in General, expresses the class struggle in capitalist society, but some claim that this is in crisis or that no longer exists. To understand this issue becomes critical from conception of Mauritius Tragtenberg, that will be one of our references to think the movement of workers, your organization and how this expresses the class struggle or fragmentation of this. So, this article based on the texts of Tragtenberg, on the Organization of the labor movement, seeks to fundamentally understand this critically important issue for the Organization and the workers ‘ struggle in your entirety.
