Este texto assevera acerca da atual sociedade globalizada perpassada pelos Direitos Humanos, a partir da Teoria dos Sistemas de Niklas Luhman. Objetivando compreendê-la sob o viés sociológico que possibilita o entendimento do desenvolvimento social que sofre mudanças necessárias para contornar os riscos mundanos, oriundos do aumento da complexidade diária, entendendo a sociedade, o próprio sistema jurídico, presente e futuro, permitindo, assim, uma vivenciação sob o prisma humanitário, ressaltando a necessidade de travar as violações de direitos humanos – objetivo mundialmente perscrutado.

HUMAN RIGHTS IN GLOBALIZED SOCIETY: AN ANALYSIS LUHMANNIAN
ABSTRACT: This text asserts itself about the actual globalized society and the Human Rights inserted in it, from the Systems Theory of Niklas Luhmann. Aiming to understand as the sociological argument that allows the understanding of social development, which undergoes through several changes considered necessary to go around global risks, which increases from daily complexity understanding of society, but also of the present and future legal system itself, allowing, from this perspective, an outlook from the humanitarian side, stressing the need to curtail human rights violations – a objective to be followed by all.
