DESEMPREGO E FLEXIBILIZAÇÃO DO MERCADO DE TRABALHO: (IN)ALTERAÇÕES E CONSEQUÊNCIAS NAS RELAÇÕES INTERGERACIONAIS

Este artigo tem como objetivo central analisar as mutações no mercado de trabalho e (des)emprego, aliadas à atual conjuntura económica portuguesa, focando as (in)alterações e consequências nas relações intergeracionais, mais precisamente entre pais e filhos. Recorrendo à metodologia qualitativa e ao método hipotético-dedutivo, constatei, através de entrevistas individuais semiestruturadas, que os jovens portugueses vão “levando a vida em casa dos pais” sem conseguirem transitar para o que designam de “pacote familiar”- realização de um casamento, conceção de filhos, compra de casa e carro.

UNEMPLOYMENT AND LABOR MARKET FLEXIBILITY: CHANGES IN INTERGENERATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS AND CONSEQUENCES
ABSTRACT :This article aims at examining the changes in the labor market and (un) employment, coupled with the current economic climate Portuguese, focusing on the changes and consequences in intergenerational relationships, specifically between parents and children.Using the qualitative methodology and the hypothetical-deductive method, realized through semi-structured interviews, the young Portuguese will “taking life at home parent” without being able to move to what they refer to as the “family pack” – achieving a marriage, conception of children, buying a house and car.
